What's included
End of lease rubbish removal is a different job from a bond clean — the cleaners scrub, but they won't take the broken bookshelf or the mattress the last housemate left. Every end-of-lease rubbish removal price includes:
- Two of us. Share houses in Lismore near the uni, holiday-side rentals in Byron, family homes in Ballina — same crew, same job.
- All loading, from inside. Bedrooms, garage, balcony, the stuff under the house. Nothing needs to go to the kerb first (and in Byron Shire, leaving it there is a $4,000 fine).
- Tip fees included. No second bill after the run.
- Sorted and recycled. Metal, e-waste and cardboard pulled out; anything usable goes to Vinnies or Lifeline with the receipt texted to you — handy proof for the property manager.
- Sweep-up. Garage and outdoor areas swept before we leave so the exit inspection photos look right.
Most end-of-lease jobs are a quarter to half trailer ($180–240). A whole share house is usually a full heaped trailer ($330–380).

Ranges, not guesses: the exact number is built on site in front of you. Add $30 beyond ~25 km from Ballina; Byron-side loads run 10–15% higher for gate fees.
How it works
- Call or text to book a free on-site quote. We come to the property, look at what's left, and price it in the quoting app in front of you. The price is the price — before we carry anything.
- Booking by SMS. A two-hour window, our names, and we work in with your cleaner's time and the key handover.
- On the day. Text twenty minutes out, then both of us with the trailer and shoe covers.
- Clear and sort. Recyclables separated, donations delivered, receipt texted.
- Sweep, photos, docket. Before-and-after photos to your phone (send them to the agent), tip docket on file.
What we won't take
- Asbestos. Old fibro sheds and eaves on older rentals — we leave it and tell you who to call.
- Chemicals, paint, gas bottles, fuel. Free at the Community Recycling Centre; we'll bag them for you.
- Needles, sharps, medical waste.
- Renovation rubble, soil, bricks, tiles. Taken, priced by weight on site.

Frequently asked questions
How much does end-of-lease rubbish removal cost?
From $180 for a quarter trailer, $240 for a half, $330–380 for a full heaped trailer, with mattresses +$70 and fridges +$60 per item. That includes both of us, all loading, the tip fee and the sweep-up. We price it on site in front of you, so if it's less than you thought, you pay less.
Can you come before the final inspection?
Tell us the inspection date when you book and we'll get you a weekend slot before it. We work Saturdays and Sundays, booked by area, so the earlier you call the better. If the cleaners are coming, we go first — there's no point mopping around a couch.
Do you work with property managers and real estate agents?
Yes. If a tenant has left a property full and the bond's already gone, we'll meet you or the cleaner with the key, quote on site, and text before-and-after photos for the file. If you manage several properties, call and we'll set up a standing arrangement.
Can you take everything, including the stuff that's still good?
Yes, and the good stuff doesn't get landfilled. Couches, desks, working appliances and bikes go to Vinnies or Lifeline and you get the donation receipt. If housemates have already claimed things, put a note on them or set them aside — we'll ask before we load anything that looks like it might be staying.
