What happens next

1. We come out and quote. Free, no obligation. Every item goes into the app while you watch and you see the total before you say yes.
2. Booking in writing. A two-hour arrival window and our names, by SMS.
3. On the day. A text when we're twenty minutes out, then both of us with the trailer. All the lifting, sorting, tip fees and sweep-up are inside the price.

Before you call

• We work Saturdays and Sundays. We book by area, so we'll offer you the next slot on your side of the region.
• Nothing needs to go to the kerb. We load from wherever it is.
• Asbestos is a no. Old fibro, eaves, some vinyl tiles. We'll point you to a licensed removalist.
• Got a tip voucher? Lismore and Byron Shires issue them to households, and they can't be transferred to us — so if you've got a voucher and a trailer, use it. If you haven't, don't worry: the gate fee is already inside our price.
• Property manager or executor? Call and we'll sort access with the tenant, cleaner or agent, and put the quote in writing for the file.
