If we've done a job for you, the most useful thing you can do is a Google review — it's how the next person in your street finds us.
What every job includes
Until the reviews are here, this is what we're promising on every job, and what you should hold us to:
- Arrival window and our names in writing before the day
- A text when we're twenty minutes out
- Both of us, all the lifting, tip fees included, one price agreed before we start
- Sorted and recycled at a council tip, docket kept
- Usable items to Vinnies or Lifeline, receipt texted to you
- Swept up before we leave
- Before-and-after photos to your phone
